I get an error when I try to enter my CORPIQ identification number?
First of all, please check that you are entering the correct numbers on the back of your CORPIQ membership card (below the bar code):
If this is the case, please note that if you have just joined CORPIQ, there may be a delay of up to 72 hours in activating your membership card. Please respect this delay before making a purchase if you wish to benefit from the CORPIQ member discount.
In all other cases, please contact our technical department, who will be happy to help you with your problem.
