Very beautiful and quiet appartment in Outremont, vvery close to metro station (Acadie & Outremont). Available from July 1st, 2024. I subrent July and August 2024 and you can renew the bail with the owner if you like it (September 1st). The apartment is fully furnished, but you must buy the furnitures.
There is a swimming pool, rooftop terrace and gym, all included in the price (1860$/month). You can also rent a parking spot in the basement (~200$/month, see with the owner). The structure is fully soundproofed.
