CONDITIONS:If the lease is not renewed, the tenant must honour all requests to visit, with 24 hours notice 3 months prior to the end of the lease.The tenant must be approved by the landlord. The broker will be responsible for checking the tenant's creditworthiness. The tenant will have to provide all the documents requested by the LESSOR for the credit study and the tenant will have to assume the expenses if necessary. Any tenant with a criminal record will automatically be refused by the LESSOR.Moving expenses are the responsibility of the tenant for the reservation of the lift.
