Rental 1 year minimum!* The following conditions must be an integral part of any rental agreement:- All prospective tenants will be required to provide a credit check report to the complete satisfaction of the landlord.- The tenant will be required to comply with building regulations, provide proof of $2 million in liability insurance, and pay move-in fees if applicable.- All repair costs up to $500 will be the responsibility of the renter. If the cost of the repair exceeds $500 and is not the result of damage caused by the negligence of the tenant or otherwise, the balance of the repair exceeding $500 will be borne by the landlord. Repairs to appliances, heating and air conditioning (other than damage caused by misuse) will be the responsibility of the owner.- Pets allowed under conditions (see with the owner).- No short-term rentals, including AirBnb or any other short-term rental site.- No smoking.- No painting or renovation unless prior written consent of the owner.- No TV wall mounting unless prior written agreement from the owner.- The apartment will be delivered clean and must be left in the same condition, minus normal wear and tear, when the tenant leaves.An arrival and departure inventory will be carried out with the owner.
