We are renting the 2nd level of our wonderful duplex.
The apartment is a big 5 1/2, very clean, luminous and spacious ????.
Two closed bedrooms, one big double room that can be closed (2 doors), bathroom, kitchen with island included, and the 4 appliances (oven, double fridge, washer, dryer) are included as well, on top of Wi-Fi and AC. There's a balcony in the back, facing the backyard and an alley with our big tree.
The building is in a calm neighborhood, in Côte Saint-Paul / Ville-Émard. Perfect for a couple with or without kids. You are 10 mins from 2 metro stations by foot, 15 mins from downtown (by metro or bicycle), parks, schools, Lachine canal are all accessible.
We are looking for respectful, serious, calm tenants, non-smoking.
