Nouveau plancher dans l'entrée qui mène dans la cour arrière. Installation d'un nouveau comptoir de cuisine. Installation d'un nouveau lavabo de la salle de bains ainsi qu'un nouveau plancher. Remplacement et installation d'un nouveau balcon, rampe et escaliers de la façade avant de l'immeuble. Les petits chiens de moins de 12 lbs ou chat sont permis. Fumeur à l'extérieur seulement. Une enquête de crédit sera effectuée et des références seront demandées obligatoirement.
