Hi! We are four McGill graduate students looking to rent our 4-bedroom apartment in the Plateau-Mont-Royal neighbourhood from September 1st, 2025. The rent is $800.00 per room ($3,200.00 monthly).
The apartment is located near the corner of St. Urbain and Saint Joseph. It is in an excellent location for many outdoor activities: just a 5-minute walk to Parc Jeanne-Mance, 10 minutes to Sir George-Étienne Cartier, and 20 minutes to Parc La Fontaine. The apartment is also just around the corner from Maxi (a grocery store)! It is within walking distance to the McGill campus and a 10-minute walk to the Mont-Royal Metro (orange line).
Each bedroom has a queen bed (frame and mattress), a side table, and a clothing rack. The kitchen has new appliances (dishwasher, fridge, stove) and a dining table with seating for four. There is also a front closet and a second storage area across from the bathroom.
