Bonjour, nous avons un logement qui a été refait entièrement pour la cuisine avec comptoir de quartz, salle de bain avec douche séparé et bain. Le salon et les 2 chambres ont des planchers de bois franc. On a installé au sous-sol une salle de lavage. Nous avons aménagé au sous-sol une grande pièce qui peut être séparé pour avoir une 3e chambre et un 2e salon ou pour un bureau. Il y a une pièce qui sert aussi d'espace de rangement supplémentaire au sous-sol. Ç'est vraiment un très beau logement avec beaucoup d'espace. Il y a une piste cyclable à 1500 pieds environ, un arrêt d'autobus tout près. Un IGA à .5 km ainsi qu'une pharmacie. Ç'est un secteur tranquille et le propriétaire demeure dans l'immeuble.
