These documents must be to the full satisfaction of the LANDLORD, who reserves the right to reject the application if not satisfied.4. Pets will not be allowed in the unit, unless prior written authorization is given by the LANDLORD.5. Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited. This includes tobacco, cannabis, or any similar product, as well as the use of vapes (electronic cigarettes).6. Subletting or short-term rentals (such as Airbnb) will not be permitted.7. A separate annex, forming an integral part of this lease agreement, must be signed by both parties. It will include a full inventory of the included furniture and their condition at the time of move-in, and will serve as a reference in case of damage.8.
