Summer 2025 Rental - LES MANOIRS - Coveted location just two minutes from Mont-Tremblant resort! Access to superb pool facilities. Beautiful condominium on two levels with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, cathedral ceiling and wood fireplace. The kitchen has been completely renovated and remodeled in 2022, offering lots of storage space, quartz countertops and heated floors. Shuttle service to Mont-Tremblant pedestrian village. No pets allowed.- It is strictly forbidden to smoke any substances of any kind in the premises.- The LESSEE will have to transfer the Hydro account to their names for the possession date. Should the LESSEE not be a resident of Quebec, the LESSEE will have to pay the LESSOR theelectricity and heating bills upon receipt directly to the LESSOR.- The LESSEE must provide liability and content insurance covering two million ($2,000,000.00). The tenant insurance policy proof must be provided at least 5 days before the possession date.- Payment terms are as follows; A non-refundable deposit of $ 3,000 at the signing of the rental agreement, 50% of the balance of due payment will be paid directly to the LESSOR 2 days before the date of possession, the remaining balance will be due 2 months after possession, to be paid directly to the LESSOR.- SECURITY DEPOSIT - With the lease, the TENANT will remit to LES IMMEUBLES MONT-TREMBLANT in trust a refundable deposit of two thousand dollars ($ 2,000) postdated on the date of takingpossession to compensate for any damage that may occur in the leased premises during the term of the lease. The deposit will be returned to the TENANT (maximum of 10 days after the end ofthe lease) after inspection of the premises by the LESSOR or his / her representative and after payment of all invoices for which the tenant is responsible. The deposit does not constitute asettlement of damages for the LESSOR, if the amount of damage is greater than the said deposit of $ 2,000 to which, if applicable, the RENTER undertakes by this rental contract to pay all repair costs. The Agency cannot, at any time, be held liable by the LANDLORD or the TENANT for any fault resulting from its acts, errors, or omissions in the management of the security deposit, except for damages attributable to its intentional fault or gross negligence.- The LESSEE must respect all building rules.- No pets of any kind are allowed.INCLUSIONSFully furnished and equipped, Internet and Cable.EXCLUSIONSElectricity.
