We offer a private bedroom in a shared apartment (4-5 bedrooms per apartment).
This is perfect for students and young professionals who would like to share their space with like-
minded individuals. You will be matched with your roommates based on a personality test.
Monthly Rent: starts at $1000 (depending on the unit)
The monthly rent already includes:
• Fully-furnished bedroom (double bed, desk, wardrobe)
• Access to a fully-furnished apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and living room
• In-unit laundry machines
• Monthly community events
• Housekeeping service every 2 weeks
• Internet included
Necessary charges that are NOT included in the rent:
• Electricity & heating (approx. 20$/month)
• Consumables (toilet paper, hand soap, laundry pods, etc)
