See addendum.- The premises to be rented include the lower-level appartment only, located at 315 ch. de l'Aventure, Mont-Tremblant, and not the entire premises. The lower-level appartment offers 860sqft of living space.- Minimum 3 month, maximum 6 month rental period.- No smoking.- Pets may be permitted at the lessor's discretion.- A security deposit of one thousand five hundred dollars ($1500) will be remitted at the signing of the lease, made to the order of Les Immeubles Mont-Tremblant in trust.- The lessor will ensure the property is cleaned by a professional before the lessee takes posession of the property.- The lessee will pay a $90 fee to ensure the property is cleaned by a professional at the end of the lease.- Also available for spring, summer or fall seasonal rental.INCLUSIONSUnlimited high-speed internet, snow removal, Hydro.
