All this in the heart of Rosemont, a few minutes walk from Maisonneuve Park, the garden city, a subsidized private daycare (1,2,3 my first steps), the best public primary school (Notre dame du foyer ) and not far from the famous Jean-Eudes private college. You will find on the corner of the street, a pharmacy, a convenience store and a corner further on a large grocery store (IGA). There is also line 136 which takes you to the Viau metro station (green line) in 8 minutes. The house is for rent for 1 person minimum from July 1, 2025.
