Je suis à la recherche d’un(e) coloc
J’ai une jolie et grande chambre à louer à partir du 1er février (date flexible), pour un bail d’un an et demi idéalement (possibilité pour moins) pour 950$/ mois, dans un 4 1/2, lumineux, rénové récemment.
La chambre est entièrement meublée et le loyer est à 900$ + 50$ (internet et electricité) et une assurance locataire obligatoire.
Épicerie, boulangerie, boucherie à proximité!
J’ai un mode de vie actif, donc je suis souvent absente, j’aimerais quelqu’un qui est actif également, propre, calme et respectueux. L’appartement est non fumeur. ????
On a un salon / Salle à manger et cuisine avec une belle terrasse pour l’été.
Appartement et rue très calme ????.
Situé dans Ville-Marie en plein centre ville, moins de 10 minutes de marche de berri-Uqam :)
